Firstly we will draw up an estimated budget including all materials and labor required for the construction project. A percentage fee is then added to the project to cover the costs of construction management.

During the construction process there will always be unexpected changes or additions. SimonHomes will then discuss these changes with the clients to make value-for-money decisions. The profit we make on these changes is based on the same percentage rate as before, resulting in no unfair charges or costs for either the client or ourselves.
